Its that time of year where its freezing outside! layering up can be cozy and stylish. between fall and winter these are my favorite seasons to style. Winter fashion is fun because adding a fun scarf, hat, or favorite pair of boots can really change your look completely.
A really popular fashion trend right now includes all things Sherpa! Sherpa jackets are really popular right, now not only is it a cute fashion trend but its comfortable and goes well with almost everything! A lot of winter stuff right now includes Sherpa including long trench coats, hoodies/pullovers, quarter zips, even the lining of jean jackets are being made of Sherpa, this warm material if perfect for any day of the week!
Another really popular fashion trend that has been around for many years and I believe will never go out of style is a classic trench coat!! This look is not only very classy but you can never go wrong with it. Trench coats give you a very professional look and they’re even being made in different colors now for a fun look !
Puffer jackets surprisingly is another fashion trend that has made a comeback!! This is a very edgy piece that can spice up your look, they’re also offered in all different colors! This style has not only been popular with women but men as well! it can be pared with sneakers and a hoodie for a really warm look! It could also be pared with jeans and thigh highs for an edgier look!
Another important feature that can switch up your look, are the shoes you pick to go with your outfit! Ankle boots and Chelsea boots are a great transition from fall to winter these boots are stylish and complete any look! ankle boots are my personal go to, another great shoe for the winter is thigh highs or any mid-calf boot! these are stylish boots goes all the way up the leg that is very warm and comfortable.
lastly, i’m going to cover my favorite winter fashion trend! which is faux fur, this has been popular in the last couple of years! not only is faux fur a good alternate than using real fur but its warm and trendy! they come in all different colors and is perfect for a night out in the town or an nice dinner. its the perfect touch/ statement piece to complete any look. I’ve also noticed that you can buy them almost anywhere now(TJ maxx, Marshells, Forever 21,etc.) and for a great deal ! If the full jacket is too much they even have faux fur vest that are just as trendy and stylish.
